  3. UUDeview is *the* MIME/Base64/BinHex en/de-coder.  It
  4. is even able to handle out-of-order multi-part messages.
  5. (This makes it great for decoding output from bnews.)
  6.  
  7. UUDeview is officially available only for Unix, DOS and
  8. MS Windows.  To make this version, I used the Unix
  9. version, with configuration files from a SPARC Solaris
  10. machine.  It compiled with remarkable ease using the
  11. gcc/emx development tools.
